1. Order Processing & Payment
- All orders are processed based on availability.
- Payment is made via Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- For advance payment we accept Bkash. (Not Refundable)
2. Pricing & Changes
- All prices are listed in BDT and are subject to change without prior notice.
- XOZONE reserves the right to modify product prices at any time.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver through a third-party delivery company.
- Estimated delivery time is 24-48 hours inside Dhaka City, 3-4 Days for outside Dhaka City.
- XOZONE is not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company.
4. Return & Cancellation Policy
- We do not offer refunds.
- A return is only possible at the time of delivery if:
- The customer unboxes the item in front of the delivery person and finds the wrong or damaged product.
- The customer can prove that XOZONE showed one product but sent a completely different or lower-quality item.
- If any of the above conditions apply, the customer may cancel the order and refuse to pay the delivery person.
5. No Warranty Policy
- We do not provide any warranty or after-sales service.
6. Limitation of Liability
- XOZONE is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
7. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is used only for order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- XOZONE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
