At XOZONE, we take great care in crafting and delivering quality products that bring function, beauty, and joy to your home. However, as all of our products are carefully inspected and packed before delivery, we do not offer refunds once an order is completed.
📦 Return Policy
A return is only possible at the time of delivery and under specific conditions. To ensure transparency and fairness, customers must unbox the product in front of the delivery person.
A return will be accepted only if:

✅ The customer unboxes the item in front of the delivery agent and finds that the product is wrong or damaged.

✅ The customer can clearly prove that the product shown on the website or shared during communication is different from what was delivered — whether by design, size, material, or quality.
If either of the above conditions applies, the customer has the right to cancel the order on the spot and refuse payment to the delivery person.
If the item is accepted and payment is completed, no return or exchange will be allowed afterward.

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch, which typically occurs within a few hours of order placement. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.

Once an order is shipped and on its way, cancellation will no longer be possible.
